The Microsoft Education Support Centre Germany (ESCde) is a reliable and qualified source of support, not only making it easier to find a solution to your problem, but also helping you to save your valuable time.
Since the foundation in 1994 with the co-operation of Microsoft, the ESCde has been providing academic institutions in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) with free help in installing and maintaining their Windows and BackOffice environments.

Who is eligible and how much does it cost?

The ESCde offers its services to all academic institutions in Germany and other countries within the EMEA region. The service provided by the ESCde is cost free.
