Generations Club, 13th September 2007
The JADE Generations Club aims to build bridges between the senior and the junior generation in order to foster a more entrepreneurial society and to ensure a proper education.
Having experienced that seniors never hesitate to share their knowledge with us and that all discussions are stimulating for both sides, raised the motivation to start the JADE Generations Club.
We will unite the capabilities of 10 senior and 10 junior minds to elaborate high quality recommendations and best practices for politics, businesses and students on the following topics. The results will be published at the JADE Anniversary Day on the 4th of October.
- Generations Gap & Knowledge Transfer
- Family owned businesses: successors getting rare?
- What and how can entrepreneurs contribute to entrepreneurial education?
- What can we all do to foster an entrepreneurial culture?
- Battle for knowledge - strengthen SMEs
- What makes companies interesting for graduates?
- Graduate recruiting for SMEs - how to compete against big companies?
- The simple ways to become more attractive?
JADE provides the framework to exchange beyond the official meetings, in an informal Atmosphere to discuss without any shame or barriers.
