After the second edition of the Junior Enterprise Global Forum, that took place during JEWC 2016 in July, a Global Council was formed by Brasil Júnior, JADE, JC3 and JET, the Confederations of Junior Enterprises in Brazil, Europe, Canada and Tunisia, in order to achieve the following vision by 2018: “To be a truly global and connected movement, by improving our results via increased cooperation”.
In order to achieve this vision, projects were structured in three pillars – Enlargement, Development and Alignment. On the Alignment pillar, the main goal is to define a common identity for the Junior Enterprise Network worldwide.
Job Title: Junior Designer
This call involves the possibility of applying to work on two different projects:
- On the creation of a global image that represents the J.E. movement in the form of a global logo and visual identity that all the Confederations of Junior Enterprises as well as all the J.E.s across the globe will use to communicate their belonging to the global network of Junior Enterprises.
- On designing the next two editions of the Global Magazine, to update the network about the Global Projects and to align the Junior Enterprise movement worldwide.
For the first project, it has been committed to define this image by the end of 2016 in order to be able to promote it in 2017, the year in which the Junior Enterprise network will turn 50 years old. About the second one, the objective is to launch one edition in November 2016 and the other one in January 2017.

As a Junior Designer you will work together with the Communication teams of JADE, Brasil Júnior and JET on the creation of a global logo and visual identity of the Junior Enterprise movement or designing the Global Magazine. If you have a weekly work availability between 5-10 hours until 31st of January and fulfill the following requirements, you are the perfect candidate for any of the positions!
- Technical design skills
- Creative flair, accuracy and attention to details
- English intermediate level
- Passion and enthusiasm for design
- Good team working skills
- Being open to feedback
Working with an international team to improve your skills, being involved in a worldwide project to create a global identity or to communicate a Global Magazine to consolidate the Junior Enterprise concept all over the world.
