Confederation Maturity Model

This Maturity Model is a framework formatted by JADE, the European Confederation of Junior Enterprises, to help on the creation of a Junior Enterprise Confederation.

To use this Model, compare the following steps with the reality you have been dealing with on the creation of your Junior Enterprise Confederation, checking what you have done so far and what you still need to do to have your own Confederation. If you are facing some difficulties to reach any one of them, just click on it to find some guidelines on how to achieve the step.

Although this Maturity Model has been created based on lived experiences of junior entrepreneurs, it is not intended to be a bullet proof process. This document is intended as an inspiration and the ideas given here might be adapted to better fit your environment and your culture.

Moreover, even though the stages below described follow a logical order, there is no single path on the creation of a Confederation. During the progression of your work, you may see that a step of a further stage is easier or more urgent to be reached than others coming first on the model. Again, you should be able to adapt these directions to your reality, keeping in mind that the more important is to have your Confederation established!

This Maturity Model and its guidelines are under constant development, based mostly on the experiences of junior entrepreneurs that used it as a guide on their creations. So please, if you have any doubts or suggestions to it, do not hesitate in contacting JADE Enlargement Team on the email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. We wish you a successful journey and hope that you will soon be able to join the Junior Enterprise spirit!
