Being Project Manager for Enlargment was one of the most interesting experiences in my Junior Enterprise career. By working in an international team and getting to know people from all over the word I have definitely learned a lot of things about different people, different Junior Enterprises and different cultures. During my time as Project Manager I had the chance to hold workshops in Belgium and Rumania, follow Junior Initiatives in Kamerun and China and develop Confederations in Italy and Rumania. All these experiences enriched my personality and made the time in the Enlargement Team an unforgettable one.

I enjoyed staying at the JADE House and working with the new executive team of JADE: having an international team helps to improve relationships with people from other countries, discovering other cultures and backgrounds. Working with JADE’s team is also a good way to see how a team builds itself, to watch relationships evolve during a few weeks. I had the opportunity to share with people about their work, learn how a network is managed, prepare a topic for General Assembly and so on.

It was a very important experience for obtaining my current job.  The companies show interest on that and give it value. I would like to encourage all the Junior Entrepreneurs which want to boost their professional career to work with JADE.

I decided to go abroad, to work in an international team and to learn more about other cultures, including different working styles. With experience in fundraising from my time in the board of BDSU I came here to share them with my other project team members. The decision to go to JADE was the best I ever have done. We, all in the JADE house, work for the same target, making everybody know that working in junior enterprises change the world. Be a part of JADE and let all benefit from it!
