JADE network is leaded by two main Executive bodies: one is the JADE Executive Board and the other is formed by the National Confederations Boards.

JADE Executive Board 2012:

The JADE Executive Board is the one representing the entire JADE network, coordinating all international activities, ensuring the stability of the network and promoting it to companies, institutions and media. The Executive Board is usually formed by 3 to 5 persons (elected from the Junior Entrepreneurs) that work in JADE Headquarters in Brussels for one year term. Their responsibilities are split according to their positions (President, Vice-President, Secretary General and Treasurer), but mainly according to the departments and fields they manage (like Communications, Private Cooperation, Events, HR, Finance etc.)

JADE Senior Project Managers 2012:

In the Headquarters, together with the JADE Executive Board, there are also Project Managers working. They are Junior Entrepreneurs that work on JADE international projects for different periods of time, from a few weeks to several months (some of them being ranked as Senior Project Managers if they manage important projects for at least 6 months). Also, each semester there are 2-3 Brazilian Ambassadors coming from Brasil Júnior for experience exchange with the JADE Executive Board, so working on JADE projects.

National Confederation Board:

The National Confederation Boards represent the Junior Enterprises from each country. Also, they have voting rights over legal aspects of JADE and are involved in the most important decisions the network takes. They gather together with JADE Executive Board 5 times per year for General Assemblies where project updates are presented and important decisions are taken.
