Description: The Confederations' Development Programme rises in order to add clear value to our National Confederations. The CDP is the way JADE has found to effectively support its members to develop themselves faster.

Firstly, based on an Evaluation Grid, the CDP Team gathers information about the Confederations in order to identify their stage of development. Secondly, one CDP's Auditor visits each one of the Confederations and their Executive Boards in order to create an

interview environment where, together, they are able to discuss, exchange, check and build concrete data for development analysis.

Expected results: Deeper understanding of the JE Network, dissemination of the excellence culture in terms of management amongst the National Confederations and solid environment for knowledge exchange.
